Academy of Professional Education & Counselling established
in March 2003. It is formerly known as
International Education Department of APEC (Beijing) Center
for International Education & Training. We seek to strengthen
the international education and cultural exchange, and introduce
the most advanced international education concept and courses.

※ International Etiquette Training
In 2004, as the first franchisee, we are responsible for the
INTERNATIONAL ETIQUETTE TRAININMG in Beijing, have hold the
first press conference in TiaoYuTai Guesthouse Hotel in March,
and will start the courses in October, cooperating with The
Academy Of International Lifestyles Limited and China Media
Development Incorporation.
※ Foreign Experts
Approved by Foreign Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal Government,
Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and Beijing Municipal
Public Security Bureau, and authorized by China State Bureau
of Foreign Experts, we qualified as an agent to introduce
foreign experts to work in China from March 2001. The
certificate number is 029. In the last three years,
we were succeeded in assigning hundreds of foreign experts
to dozens of educational institutions inside or outside of
Beijing.

※ International Conference
Cooperating with Foreign Affairs Office of Beijing Municipal Government, we organized a delegation involving 30 people to attend the third World Education Market annual meeting in Portugal in May 2002. In 2003, the fourth, 30 people delegation was canceled due to SARS.
We were the only Chinese sponsor to the "SEAMEO-UNESCO
Educational Exhibition" in Thailand and responsible for
the propaganda in China in 2004. "SEAMEO-UNESCO
Educational Exhibition" is an international educational
exhibition that is held by UNESCO and SEAMEO every year.
※ International Lecture
In helping local to start a new business, we invite some well-known
international advisor to conduct the lecture.
※ China & Germany 1+1 Program
Cooperate with Dresden TU in Germany, Beijing Normal University
starts a training in vocational education and human resources
in 2004. People who join this program is going to study in
Germany and finally get Master degree. We are in charge of
enrolling new students
